Jennifer is the highlight to my day! I just finished listening to the Podcast “I’m not Anti-Etsy” 3/14/18 and she is so right! I’ve been selling on Etsy for years, in fact, I have 5 shops currently and I do very well on that platform. But I’ve always been taught not to put your eggs in one basket and Jennifer repeats this over and over again in this podcast. My gut instinct was to have my own website alongside my Etsy shop but I got so caught up in trying to run my Etsy shops I forgot the golden rule! So this podcast definitely spoke to me and now I have to stop being complacent and get my own website before something happens to my Etsy shops and I am left with nothing. It’s been gnawing at me for years and hearing Jennifer say it was the tap on the shoulder- to just get started on this new project. I feel a tad overwhelmed but I’m going to do this in 2018! Thanks Jennifer for being the reminder that I needed and the bright spot in my day! xoxo, Deb
